I do not believe we should be condemned to boring, tasteless food in order to maintain or lose weight. Agreeing to eat anything but food we love is a set-up for failure. Traditional diets betray us by telling us to eat food such as celery sticks instead of teaching us how to eat real food in a reasonable, balanced manner. Conventional weight loss plans expect us to avoid temptation. I want to teach you how to face it, with ease and confidence. And win.

My Philosophy

With all the confusing information and contradicting advice out there, it's impossible to know what or how to eat anymore in order to lose weight. My goal is to get you to your goal with as little pain and as much education, guidance, support, and smiles along the way. I too struggled for many years, and I want to bring you to that better, happier, saner place. A place where you are in control of your choices, so food or the way you feel about your body stops controlling you. I will teach you how to eat everything and anywhere, and still reach your weekly goals. I believe if you learn how to incorporate the foods you traditionally have thought of as taboo' on a diet can be incorporated so you still achieve results. This becomes your insurance policy for lasting weight loss, because when you reach your goal, you have already learned how to maintain your new weight.

I grew up in a French-American family where at breakfast we happily discussed what we were eating for lunch. And at lunch, with passion, we would plan our fabulous dinners. Food was very important and I learned to love the art of eating, cooking, and dining out. I missed the art of balance somewhere along the way, and struggled for too many years in the tight insane hold of crazy fads, the latest gimmicks, and yo-yo dieting.

By the time I was a chubby teenager living between Paris and the US, the crazy, aggravating, disappointing and brutal weight loss/gain roller-coaster started to rule my life. I am quite sure I would have made much better, healthier and happier choices for myself, if I was not stuck on the diet merry-go-round. It took years before I figured out how to get off the ride.

I have worked for the past 20 years as a Private Food Coach with hundreds just like you, and their success, like yours, is what makes my soul sing. I remain committed to designing personalized programs that balance our passion for great food with our desire to create the body and life we deserve.

I have also found that we all need guidance coupled with sincere support. I know that having someone in your corner can make THE vital difference between success and failure. I can be that person for you.

1:1 NYC Food Coaching 

This program is for you if you are constantly struggling to lose the same 10, 20, 30 or more pounds. This program is especially for you if you think you are doing  all the right things, are still frustrated because you are not losing weight, and need a new and  different strategy. Working with me is all about results: it starts with an in-depth evaluation of your current food plan to identify what is and what is not working. Based on your weight loss goals and your specific needs, a meal plan tailored for you will be developed along with the emotional tools, techniques, and guidance to support your goals. You will discover a whole new manageable approach along with the recipes and guidelines that allow you to lose weight and keep it off, all without being hungry or condemned to boring cardboard-like foods. And you will be accountable to me, and I am big on results... the kind that last, so that you never have to diet again. $200/hour, billed in 4-session increments.
